Terms and conditions
Contractual framework applicable to The Wise Beagle services.
These terms govern the executive advisory, strategy, growth, marketing, operating systems, AI, CRM, process, reporting and support services provided by THE WISE BEAGLE.
Services are primarily intended for professional clients.
Every engagement is covered by a written proposal specifying its scope, deliverables, schedule, financial terms and delivery arrangements.
When the Client commissions THE WISE BEAGLE for a substantial structuring engagement within thirty days of the strategic diagnostic being presented, the diagnostic fee excluding tax is credited against the price of that engagement, according to the terms stated in the commercial proposal.
The 60-minute strategic session bookable through Malt is a standalone service. Its fee is not credited against any subsequent engagement.
Fees may be fixed, monthly, daily or defined by quotation. Deposits or payment schedules may be specified in the commercial proposal.
Late payment may result in penalties, recovery costs and suspension of services in progress.
The Client agrees to provide the information, access, approvals and availability required for proper delivery of the engagement.
THE WISE BEAGLE provides its services under an enhanced duty of care. Commercial, financial and operational outcomes also depend on execution, context, decisions and resources controlled by the Client.
Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of strategic, commercial, financial, technical and organisational information exchanged during the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing methods, frameworks, models, structures, documents and tools remain the property of THE WISE BEAGLE. Bespoke deliverables may be used by the Client for its internal purposes.
When third-party tools, AI platforms, CRM systems, automation solutions or external services are used, their own terms continue to apply. Final decisions remain the Client’s responsibility.
THE WISE BEAGLE’s liability is limited to proven direct loss and does not cover indirect loss, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or indirect intangible damage.
Termination arrangements, any notice period and invoicing of work completed are specified in the commercial proposal.
These terms are governed by French law.
The team
THE WISE BEAGLE deliberately remains personal. The name is not a figure of speech: it comes from Gordon, the firm’s official beagle and specialist in instinct, persistence and strategic naps.
